1. There is no hot water, we wouldn’t be able to have a shower in the evening. 2. There is not enough power points, it is very difficult to charge phones and laptops. 3. Air conditioner doesn’t have temperature controls, only on and off button, which leaves night a bit hot to sleep.

Great central position with Bowling Club literally next door for a good meal. Lady at Reception was quick and efficient, rooms well appointed and super clean! Good stay for a budget price.

The motel is well situated & clean , amenities are excellent ,great fridge that was very cold ,microwave,jug ,toaster & an iron + ironing board. All kitchen & bathroom supplies were good We had a couple of issues ,no hot water on 1st night \HWS failure TV system kept shutting down after9.pm on 2 nights ?? external lights had a time clock issue ,they came on too late when had been already dark for hours. Despite the technical issues ,its a great place to stay. would definitely stay there again
