Yes. The tub wouldn’t drain, which things happen, but we (my boyfriend and I) were lied to twice about maintenance coming to fix it. We had several noise issues. One person at the front desk moved us, which was good, after three attempts to get issues resolved. Since then, three weeks later, I’ve been dodged by both corporate and the local hotel. I was offered 5,000 points, which I clarified the dollar amount of and was told $25. I turned that down on the basis that wasn’t even half of one night at this particular hotel. Corporate told me they couldn’t issue full refunds and that they couldn’t force a manager to answer. I asked what good corporate was then. The specific hotel has repeatedly lied. The manager is here at such and such time. I call then and someone else says something different. The owner was too busy to talk to me or is rarely there. Today I was told the manager was fired. The only good person we encountered was the front desk staff who offered to move us to another room. I’ll never stay at a Best Western again based on this, especially if corporate is so useless.
