Had to buy our own toilet paper at the gas station cause it was like pulling teeth to get any there. They didn’t have clean towels. So we had to use bath mats to dry off with. 2 of the 3 nights we were there had pre teen kids (lots of them ) running the halls like cattle all night long

Upon arriving at the hotel the front door was broken, no one came to help us in. Then, when checking in the first thing the lady helping us said, “just so you know the pool and hot tub are shut down” no welcome or how can I help you. No directions to get to room were given. Then once arriving to room the tv was broken staff told us “oh you just have to play with the remote and wait it out.” Not impressed by the quality of care we received from staff during our stay.

It’s a great place but they can’t keep the pool working. My daughter and 2great grandsons go there for our Thanksgiving get together. The pools were working last year and it was great. Not this year. Very disappointing.

Toilet seat in room 314 has a build up on it! It’s like it had a plastic wrapper on it that was not completely removed and then for years cleaner just keeps wiping the buildup! Most likely some type of health code violation. Workout room had many issues: Cords to treadmills are a trip hazard, cables boxes are pulled out of wall from people tripping on cords, floor Matt’s are curled up and create trip hazard, heat ducts covers are dirty, my favorite: The bench for free weighs has a piece of covering missing so they painted the sponge covering black to match. Basically all sweat from 100’s of people get soaked up into sponge but wait maybe you could use a sanitary wipe but to bad both dispensers were empty. The weight room has no mirror by the free weights to make sure your form is correct but they did have mint to hang a bunch of pictures on the wall.

Staff was amazing! Friendly, informed, easy to talk to! Rooms have gone down hill since we last stayed. We have been staying here once a year for three years. Our room smelled terrible of cigarette smoke, our bathroom had cracks in the tile where you could cut your foot getting out of the shower. Our celings had red "stuff" on it above the bed and also the curtains as well. Rooms could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was terrible! Many people were complaning when our family sat down. Not many options and only one person to do all the cooking, refilling, unfortunately, wiping down tables did not happen unless you were the guests. Myself and a few other people wuped foen their own tables eith the germX on the wall. The little options they had of breakfast ran out very quickly. I understand it is complimentry, however we all know that is built into the price. We had to grab something to eat and be out very quickly both mornings. The one man who was doing all of the upkeep, was the same person cooking was also the front desk person. Understaffed and not very clean. But the staff we did encounter were all wonderful!! Thank you for doing the best you could do with what you had to work with!

Doors are locked and can not be accessed with key cards which meant walking long distances through the parking lot of in the rain to enter the only accessible door. Breakfast area was not stocked with cups, orange juice, forks. Coffee machine in breakfast are was not "working" so had to go out into the hall to get coffee. Trash receptacles in the breakfast area did not appear to be on a cleaning schedule. Gravy was served on Wednesday and on Friday it was still on the fronts of the trash receptacles. Pool is not operational no postings to inform potential guests of this just the desk employee having to repeat this information and listen to people complain. The internet wifi was spotty at best and they only offer a handful of channels on the TV, which took two room changes to find a TV that actually worked to watch those channels. I expected a quality hotel as a choice hotel and got a low budget motel experience.
