It is a basic 2-star hotel. The front desk staff was nice and helpful during check in. Throughout the day the people staying upstairs from us were loud, stomping and jumping. We were fine with that until it kept going until past 4am. We called and texted the front desk multiple times. They said they knocked on the door and called the room with no answer. It did not stop, and it was horrible. We should have called the police. They said they would reimburse my early check in fee and offered a discount on our next stay.. approximately $40 of comp is not sufficient to make up for what we experienced. This place did not take care of the problem, we will never be coming back.

the hotel has some updating needed. my bathroom was missing paint on the walls. The tub had some cracking or peeling on the floor. Wouldnt wven use the shower. The bed had a cloth skirt and at the corners by the headboard you could see it was all dusty. I would probably not go back because we were charged 179.00 and this is a 90 at best room! The breakfast area was nice and the offerings were decent. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

Walked in our room and slaps you in the face with mold in mildew smell. The sheets felt damp. We called to move rooms, but because of the whitewater event nothing was available. The hotel desk attendant said they would talk to the manager to give a refund and we still have not seen it or been contacted. Immediately our allergies and having total stuffy noses made it even worse and uncomfortable to sleep there. We couldn’t leave. It was too late to drive and we live far

Room had the smell of a strong chemical that was so bad we decided we could not stay. Booked through Expedia but management of the hotel refused to refund our stay. We had to find another room at 12:30 am and ended up paying for two hotel rooms for 5 nights. If you care about your health and well being. Do not book this hotel.

Getting slapped with an addition charge when checking in for no realistic reason is very bad customer relations. Desk staff also was not thorough in explaining what this "deposit" was for. This was not revealed in the reservation info and will affect me considering Amercinn in the future. Also, window shades were ripped and did not function properly.
