Front desk staff was great. Very welcoming upon arrival: 5/5 Room cleanliness. 4.5/5 Pool and slide was great very crowded but the kiddos had fun. 5/5 Hot tub 0/5 broke Hotel condition 4/5 some areas needed attention Only one elevator. Broken luggage carts. Tv malfunction but it was fixed right away. The staff tries and works hard to do what they can. The area the hotel is in Safe 5/5 Convince 5/5 Breakfast 1/5 why not have allergy friendly items. Overall I was pleased Value 5/5
