Be our guest! Beautiful home in excellent central location. High end finishes include quartz and marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and heated bathroom floors.
This property was fully remodeled in 2020 and newly listed in summer 2023 as a short term rental. Low additional fees and NO cleaning checklist!
This home is well equipped with all the essentials and lots of extras. Home includes in-unit full size washer and dryer, double ovens, and all linens and towels.
Relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Wi-fi, Disney plus, Netflix, Hulu plus, and Amazon Prime are provided.
The location can't be beat as it is in a quiet neighborhood near CSU and the Spring Creek trail. Close to Old Town and the Poudre Valley Hospital.
