Brand new modern-designed home in a newly constructed Old Town North neighborhood. This three-story stylish home features an over-sized roof top balcony with mountain views and a six-person hot tub. A game room is on the lower level with air hockey, games and TV. Four fashionable bedrooms, a modern kitchen, open concept living area with fireplace perfects your stay. Steps away you will find breweries, bike trails, live bands, fine restaurants, fun shops and a white-water park.

This 2300 square foot home is within Fort Collins newest luxury neighborhood. Combining location, urban design, and modern amenities to give our guest a vacation experience above all else.

Enjoy an open concept main living area with oversized windows, a modern kitchen with plenty of appliances, large kitchen island, relaxing sitting and TV area, living room fireplace and marble dining table with stylish blue velvet chairs. Walk-out to the front porch and exit to the large garage.

The home has four bedrooms with all new mattresses and modern furnishings. The master suite features a private balcony, walk-in closet, huge glass enclosed shower area with built-in bench seating and luxury-looking tiling. For our guest convenience, the home has a total of 3 1/2 baths.

A game room on the lower level brings fun for everyone. Enjoy air hockey and assorted table games. Or enjoy watching a movie or sporting event on the 65-inch HD TV. Plug and play with your own gaming device, Roku or Firestick. Or power through any video game with up to 1 gig internet download speed.

Our guest will truly enjoy the unique oversized roof-top balcony. Easily accessible from inside the home simply walk up a flight of stairs to stunning rooftop views of the mountains and city lights. A six-person hot tub with powerful jets awaits for evening relaxation or a morning soak with fresh Colorado mountain air.

A two-car attached garage makes parking easy and secure. There is plenty of room for bikes and extra things you might bring.

Park in attached garage and walk right inside. There is plenty of parking for two vehicles and bikes. It's easy to drive, bike, or walk to Old Town.

Bicycles: Inside the garage are bikes for our guest to use. Peddle -away on the bike trail or tour around Old Town with your own bike or one we provide during your stay. Just make sure you lock them when you leave them.

Pet-friendly: Dogs are welcome. We do provide comfy pillows, dog dishes and waste bags. Dogs must be in a kennel if you leave them alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet.
