The room wasn't the cleanest. The countertop in the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and the rod had been reset and had spackling. There was some type of wall crumblings by the heater in the corner and the coat closet smelled like urine. Breakfast was minimal. Staff was very friendly, and parking was convenient.

I reserved this room for my elderly father. He is vision and hearing impaired. Danielle was the front desk clerk, and she went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and supportive to my dad.

Our room had no outside windows! The window in the room looked into a utility room?? There was no outside light! It was very noisy above our room! Breakfast was very limited with most tables not open chairs on top of tables! Many times front desk was closed! Worst place I ever stayed! Sorry for bad review but it was bad

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I read some pretty terrible reviews on the trip here. If I would have read them prior to booking I wouldn't have booked, but I'm glad I didn't read prior to booking. Very nice hotel for $100 a night. Staff was accommodating to HOH individual. Thank you for understanding everyone can't hear so well. Room appeared to be clean and well-maintained. Water spots on the tub handle besides that A .
