Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this thoughtfully furnished retreat is ideal for parents visiting CSU students, business travelers, couples, and small families looking for a quiet place to recharge while staying close to everything Fort Collins has to offer.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to seven guests with a spacious king bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen-sized Murphy bed, and a living room featuring a versatile trundle bed that can be configured as two twin beds or a second king. A fully equipped kitchen with filtered water, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, and free off-street parking make it easy to settle in whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer visit.

One of the property's highlights is the shared garden. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal on the patio with outdoor dining, an umbrella for sunny afternoons, and string lights that create a peaceful atmosphere after dark. Families with young children will also appreciate the on-site sandbox.

We've also created an environment with comfort in mind, featuring fragrance-free cleaning practices, 100% cotton linens and towels, and attention to maintaining a scent-sensitive, mold-free space whenever possible.

Scent-Sensitive Environment: The Nest is a fragrance-free space for guests and the scent-sensitive owner. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cannabis, incense, and other odor-producing items are not permitted on the property. If odor remediation is required, a $500 fee will apply.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
