This a well located property with efficient check-in and comfortable rooms. The common areas are well kept, and there is a nice fireplace and outdoor seating area. My only reason for rating the hotel less than excellent as that the breakfast food and coffee ran low/out on two of my three days there, but the staff worked together for it to be replenished.

Only thing we had issue with was two people smoking pot on the SE parking lot entrance on the sidewalk the whole outside area stunk as we tried to get from car to entrance…I know CO is okay with marijuana but a business such as yours may want to rethink allowing pot smoking on premises (cannot stand the smell of that nasty stuff, I’ll stay apolitical on any further comments). We have stayed at your Residence Inn in the fall of 2025 and never had issues concerning folks smoking pot on property. on

If you are allergic to dog hair I don’t recommend staying there they can do better, the couch was full of dog hairs so disgusting we let the front desk know , the wall in the bathroom had dried poop so gross and the fridge had an old water pitcher with water, they didn’t clean that room good.
