We picked this hotel for the convenience and price for one night. It is a sad place that has had poor maintenance and needs to be remodeled completely. There is no breakfast, no coffeemaker, although there was an old worn out microwave and a mini fridge. The back of the door was sprayed with something that had not been cleaned off. In the morning you could see through all the little holes in the curtains where the light came through. Thank goodness we only needed one night then were able to get back home! If you do stay there, try to get a room on the first floor to see if those have been updated or not.

Upon the arrival to the front desk which we found the place dirty and looked to be out of business. The clerk had a personality of a Slaugh. She didn't tell us how to get to our room or that the breakfast was no longer available. We then went down the dirty hall to the dirty elevator to get to our room. Reaching our room down the hall to our nonsmoking room we open the door to be smothered in a stinking smoking room. The room was disgusting!!!! The bed didn't look like had been changed in months!!! Hair all over the sheets. Dirty bedspread, dirty carpets, The dresser drawer falling apart. This place should be shut down.

When we arrived, we had to wait approximately 10 minutes for someone to help us. Someone, who appeared to be a janitor or maintenance guy, finally came in and went to get the hotel desk clerk. Upon her arrival, she was less than professional in appearance. There were also very questionable individuals in her presence and hanging out in the parking lot through the night. The hotel was so dirty, noisy, and unstable that we were horribly uncomfortable which resulted in us leaving at midnight for a 1200+ mile journey home. Would not recommend this hotel.

Homeless people were fighting outside all night, room smelled like piss, broken AC, broken lights, stained bed sheets, only one person was working between both hotels. Would love to get my money back.

The front attendant was really nice and she helped me when I forgot my purse. The only issue I have was the pillows. It was small and to hard to sleep with I kept waking up cause of my neck.

Nothing was right at all. It was all a mess from the beginning. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated and my roommate and i started to feel ill. We didn't end up staying over night because it was intolerable. Unsafe, loose bathroom tiles and limited towels for the pool and the pool area. We want a refund

They didn’t serve breakfast. The sheets and pillow cases had stains and the floor had tons of hair on it. Really disgusting. The staff was kind but we wish we did not stay here.

There were no reception staff had to walk across the car park to the property opposite and check in there walk back with staff to collect room key there are no staff at all at the property would not recommend to anyone
