Overcharged and bad service

The hotel front desk was very rude and not helpful. Although we explained several times that the whole booking was paid for thru hotels.com and we were just doing a check in they proceeded to charge on their end twice. We went back trying to get front desk to help and all she could say was, we have no control what hotels.com charge you. But the issue wasnt hotels.com it was the hotel and its unfriendly, unprofessional front desk clerk that decided she wanted to charge us for a stay we had already paid in full and didnt do anything to help us correct her mistake but rather make it worst by coming back and charging us again. We stayed at this hotel a little over a month and we didnt have a problem untill they changed their front desk clerk.

Unfortunately, our stay was awful. The toilet did not work in first room we were assigned. Nice lady at desk moved us to room across the hall where we discovered trash, dirty towels, the remnants of someone recently shaving on one of the 2 beds (soooo gross), a trash can filled with small curly hairs, hair in bathtub/shower, food/crumbs on floor. We were too tired to complain and feared worse....we would have moved if not for complete exhaustion. I did bring trash can/hair photos to front desk to show them. We slept on TOP of bedding/etc. We won't choose this property again. The staff WAS very nice and did the best with what they have. Laundry on site was a nice touch. We washed everything upon check out before putting anything back in our car for trip home. Would advise anyone to do the same if they have to stay here.

Glad I stayed

Our stay here was good. I was reluctant due to rating. The beds are extremely comfortable and I slept well. It is a bit dated but if you’re looking for kind, clean and comfort at an affordable rate, this is the place!

My room is very dirty, I had an infestation of bad bugs, I woke up all bitten, to the point that the hotel had to change my room, it was terrible!!!!
