Lovely all season raised ranch bungalow, private fully-fenced with high-end touches, well-lighted, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, lots of amenities, located in a very quiet yet friendly neighbourhood. Short walk to the sandy and shallow Crescent Beach and to Friendship Trail. About 10 minutes drive to Crystal or Bay Beach and 5 minutes drive to Peace bridge, close to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, liquor store, etc. and to the scenic Niagara River. About 25 minutes drive to Niagara Falls and other Niagara area attractions. Best place to stay if you are looking for comfortable and stress-free environment. Main floor has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, bathroom and spacious living area and the basement has 2 beds, bathroom and spacious living area. Families and friends come together in this place to make wonderful memories, especially during holidays. This place offers free WIFI, full kitchen access with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with water and ice dispenser, microwave, oven toaster, coffee maker, cook wares, plates, cups, utensils. The backyard has huge space with deck, barbecue grills, chairs and table. Free parking within the premises of up to 4 cars. has a lot of rooms, a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, a pretty clean place, comfortable beds, and rooms, but the showers need more water pressure, especially the hot one. The host was always helpful for anything I needed.

Perfect Location & Clean!

Lilia was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is a great size for several people to have their own private bedrooms and space. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, plates, flatware, etc. you could want, and there is a pot coffeemaker and Keurig. The beds squeak a lot, but overall, they are comfortable. Do be sure to read the fine print as you will not have access to the washer/dryer unless you stay at least 5 nights. The location is ideal if you are visiting Niagara Falls on the Canadian side, and Peace Bridge is right there for easy access to Buffalo. The scenic drive around the lake and river is lovely, and the paths for walking are great for an after-dinner stroll. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed here for a week. The accommodations were excellent. Plenty of room. One of the best things about this centrally located place is its proximity to Niagara Falls. We enjoyed a 20 minute (or so) drive to the Falls each day via the picturesque Niagara Parkway, which is a must do! Winston Churchill once called this drive the "best Sunday drive in the world." The location is also very close to Old Fort Erie and the beaches on Lake Erie. Also, Toronto is just an hour and a half away. If I have a chance to visit the area, I will check this out again.

fantastic bargain

absolutely great place to stay ,clean as an operating room , safe residential area, owners ready to do anything to make your stay enjoyable this place would be a bargain at twice the price .easy access to the falls area ,very quiet,beds were great ,everything inside the house updated .you will be making a mistake if you dont consider this house
