Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
The trash bin is located outside in the wooden storage area. Please ensure that the lid is secured tightly and that all trash and food is removed from the cottage.
Please leave all towels, wash cloths and dish cloths in the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Although we love our furry friends, no animals are permitted at the Ashwood Beach Retreat.
No parties or unlisted guests are allowed on the property. All visitors must be gone by 11PM as per town restrictions.
No vaping/smoking in the cottage.
