Clean, convenient, comfortable. My room was warm but the room booked for my son and wife had the heat shut off, taking about an hour to warm up. Water pressure in the shower was very high in their room. I don't know what it was like in mine as I didn't use the shower. Fort Frances could use a couple nice spots for breakfast. We went to Tim's which was good but would gave liked a step up for a special stay.
