The light in the bathroom was burnt out, the automatic check in System was frustrating and the cleaning lady tried to come in the room a couple hours before check out.

Self Check-in was easy, efficient and without the usual hassles of waiting in line. Room was immaculate. Could hear people walking and talking around the property and in a room next door (heard their Apple Watch alarm going off in the morning). Location was fabulous, very picturesque and walkable along the waterfront. The only negative was the cycling of the AC - would go off and come back on after a few hours. Perhaps we couldn’t figure out the proper settings to stop this start and stop sound. Fort Frances is a lovely little town. I would return in a heartbeat. Checkout was also a breeze, ice availability was great. Overall very happy.

Very good service. The people are friendly. Clean room. Only thing is the bed is hard, and right beside the door. Odd. Should be facing the other way. Liked the coffee maker. A little noisy, with the neighbours slamming doors, but it's a motel. All good.

I was sitting in one of the chairs out front when a large dump truck pulled in and parked right in front of me blocking the Lake view. The air conditioning and fridge are noisy, and I can hear the tops being turned on in the neighbours rooms. The access to the lake and walking paths is fantastic. A very nice community.

Perfect Little Getaway

This was the perfect place for me to have my solo trip to work on my book. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff addressed any questions quickly and efficiently. It is in a great location - close to restaurants and the walking path. The bathroom was super clean and the shower pressure was great.
