Place used towels in the laundry baskets located inside the bedroom closets 1. The bed(s) you slept in should be left “as-is”. The cleaning team will take care of it. 2. Leave any unused beds made.
DISHES Wash your dishes and “Put them Away”. Dishwasher Pods and Dishwashing liquid is available. IF YOU MADE A MESS Cleanup/ wipe obvious spills and crumbs from appliances and counter areas you used
TRASH Remove all household Garbage. Place in Large Black Trash Bin near driveway entrance. TURN OFF LIGHTS etc (unless otherwise noted) and any Appliances you used. LOCK & CLOSE ALL DOORS
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Shoes. All Shoes worn (outside) must be removed immediately after entering the home. A shoe bench is located near the door for your convenience.
No Parties, Events or Large Gatherings are allowed. Max overnight registered guests is 6. Maximum occupancy including daytime visitors is 10.
-if you break any house rule the cost will be deducted from deposit paid. -No Smoking in home -Parking is only permitted in driveway. Not on grass.

Nice Rental
