The neighborhood is a long, thin peninsula. It's completely residential, and the waterfront mansions sell in the multi-millions. Very upscale, safe, and walkable.

Parking is not assigned, but there is plenty of room for two cars. It is a 1.2 mile walk to the beach.

Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property, Stream 4K movies or do video calls. Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans. Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Laundry: You'll have access to the laundry room. The coin-operated washer and dryer take six quarters per load and are shared by five other units.

Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.

We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
