The covered lounge area is nestled in-between the backyard and the living room. It provides a comfy lounge with fun amenities that can be used at any time. If you would like to bask in the sun and catch some fresh air, you can easily step outside to the backyard and jump in the pool.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature is below 65 degrees.
**There`s a small fee to have the pool heated.**

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Other than the above-mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:

Other things to note:
- The standard security deposit for our rental is $1,000.
- A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
- Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
- We are not responsible for any items left behind, but if they are left behind, there is no guarantee we can get them back to them, however, if it is possible; we will charge a $50 handling fee, plus the postage and any other costs that could be involved in getting the item back to you.
-PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same conditions as received.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $1,500.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
