The space
Studio 21 is a unique place, filled with all of the amenities that you would expect from your Florida vacation, and boasts beautiful terrazzo floors. The salt water pool is 10 steps from your private rear door. Reserved parking is just in front of your private front door. You'll find high speed internet, a work desk, as well as a large bathroom with tub to soak in!
Guest access
Your entire efficiency apartment is occupied only by you and your guest. There is a yellow security door that is the entrance into the courtyard. Your private entrance with keyless smart lock is directly facing you. Apartment 21-E.
Other things to note
A no smoking policy is strictly enforced; please no smoking cigarettes or vaping inside of the unit. An additional $250 will be charged for cleaning if guests smoke inside the unit. Smoking is permitted outside in the front courtyard, on the side patio walkway, or the back patio and around the pool. Make sure doors and windows are securely closed when smoking outside.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
