- Reservation information must be accurate at the time of booking. Additional fees may be applied for changes after reservations are confirmed. Please contact owner for any updates to your reservation, NO SUBLETTING.
Please inform owner if you wish to have a visitor above those entered staying on the Rental Addendum, as you need owner's permission.
NO additional guests without owner pre-approval., and charges for additional guest if approved.
March-April must contact the owner for "Spring Breakers" before booking.

Please Note: A photo ID is required to book this property. The homeowner will email the Rental Addendum for signature shortly after booking the property and reserves the right to cancel the reservation if no photo ID or rental addendum is not procured within a reasonable timeframe or not properly completed without alteration.
If desired the Cottage may be rented but only by same person renting the main home and there can be no subleasing. In other words it could be rented for your parents or in- laws, or childcare helper. The fee for the cottage would be an extra fee of $1800 per month, with a maximum of 2 people and absolutely no pets.

Very nice stay

The house is newly renovated. Everything brand new tasteful and immaculate. There is a caretaker living in the back who is quite helpful friendly and an asset to the stay. Host was very responsive to our requests and the stay was very enjoyable. Proximity to beach is a great feature.

Another wonderful stay

This is a place that I just can’t stay away from. The owner has made this home modern, comfortable and impeccably clean. It is as welcoming as the owner is herself. The personal attention to the home and its warm home feel, takes a backseat to how she takes care of her guests. Always making sure everything is exactly perfect,and that your stay is flawless. This place is my go to place and would look at nothing else when coming to the area. It’s not just the stone throw’s distance from the beach or the home or just the owner, it’s the whole package! Thank you Martha for yet another wonderful stay!! See you soon!

Home away from home

What else can can say other than this place was amazing! I stayed there two months and wish I had be down there longer. The description of the place does not do it justice. Very very clean, new everything, spacious well decorated and as close to the beach as one can get. The home is at the the end of a small cul-de-sac, so very quiet. One minute from the end of the driveway to having your feet in the sand. The back yard maintained every week, lawn chairs, table, grill and an outdoor shower. From the moment I settled in, the place felt like home. The host Martha was in touch with me the moment I started my travels down there. Very friendly and inviting person. She truly cares about the property and who is staying there. Very helpful in getting to know the area, great places to eat and was always available. Her personal touch and who she is as a person and host made the stay that much better. Ran into zero problems while I was there and I will always go to her when I have to stay in the area in the future. If I could give more stars I would. I look forward to staying in this beautiful home away from home again. Truly was amazing!
