The home had plenty of space to comfortably accommodate my group, and the backyard pool was the highlight of our stay. It looked just like the photo, and there was no need to pay to heat it because the water was already warm. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and even additional cots if needed.However, there were several issues that should be addressed. First, I think some of the photos on the listing should be updated to better reflect the home. There was a strong moldy smell throughout the house. I noticed air freshener plugins, but they did little to mask the odor. The front door is made of glass, allowing people to see directly into the home. Because of the lack of privacy, I would not place anythingAnother issue was the air conditioning. The first floor stayed cool, but the second floor was extremely hot, as if the air wasn't circulating properly. This made the upstairs bedrooms very uncomfortable.There was also a safety concern. One of the bedrooms on the second floor had a freestanding mirror with exposed nails sticking out. My niece accidentally touched it and was cut because the nails were not visible.I reached out to the property contact to report the moldy smell and the air conditioning issues, hoping someone could assist us during our stay. I never received a response, and I still have not heard back.While the home has great potential because of its spacious layout and beautiful pool, maintenance and lack communication affected our stay.
