Home is as advertised. Nice neighbourhood, Quiet and well maintained. Bathrooms could use some upgrades. Owner was very responsive to questions and checked in regularly to see that we had everything we needed. Would recommend if you plan on staying in the area.

Great place and location.

For two couples looking to be near the beach, you can’t beat this place. Updated kitchen is beautiful and hot tub was an added bonus. Stores and restaurants are in walking distance and the beach 10 minutes away. Very safe neighborhood and the hosts were great to work with.

The property is an old house in an old neighborhood. We found much of the property to be “long in the tooth” and in need of update/repair. The bathrooms were small. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. The property is close to US 1providing easy access to Fort Lauderdale. Our host was a good communicator. The house was clean and well stocked. The cable and WiFi were great.

Great house in Lauderdale.

Great property for two couples. Short drive to the beach and surrounding area was fantastic. Very safe neighborhood for taking walks and seeing the many nearby waterways. John and Luis were always there answering any questions and providing us fun stuff to do. They could not have been more responsive.

We loved our stay in this very spacious cozy home great for entertaining ! The outdoor spaces were also lovely with beautiful mature tropical landscaping, which I really enjoyed this winter. The hot tub was greatly appreciated as well!

Fabulous

The house was exactly as described. My wife and I were traveling to the area for a business trip. We were very appreciative that this was a pet friendly accommodation. The kitchen was missing nothing, we enjoyed the backyard which was very private and especially enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood was great, very quiet. and was perfect for walking our dog. Louis was incredibly accommodating when I needed a late checkout because of my work schedule. We would certainly stay here again.
