Second floor queen studio villa which uniquely the bedroom and bathroom share the same space. Located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district. The unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Lauderdale by the Sea Beach. You'll find features like a water park. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the apartment.
