Receptionist was very helpful. She helped me with transportation. Also I had difficulty with booking Uber, she helped me with that also. The lady in breakfast area was very pleasant and courteous. Always smiled.

Liked that it was close to the port doc and McDonald’s and convenient shopping very nearby. Front desk told us a shuttle would come to pick us up at the airport. We waited an hour and no one came with repeated calls telling us someone was on the way. When we got to the hotel on our own , front desk staff told us that there is no such shuttle? We saw a mouse in our room. Breakfast included is a joke! Eating area was jam packed and so uninviting. Will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel.

Best Western canceled my reservation an gave away my room because of a denied credit card that had expired from the time that I had made the reservation. They did not call or text me to get the renewed credit card information before they gave away my room. Extremely disappointed in their service and I will never go there again.

Highly recommend! very well maintained and cheap price, though it looked aged, quite noisy in the bathroom when vacuum was turned on. Overall, good enough for a short stay. No crouches at all lol

I will never stay at this location again. Musky smell, unfriendly staff and homeless drug addicts had better service and access in the breakfast area than the guests. Staff is conditioned to allow this as they didnt blink an eye. Hoarding food and laudering in the area. This has also made me question my patronage to the Best Western chain.

Something smells off

We had to wait over an hour for our airport shuttle. Then, upon entry to our room it smelled of heavy disinfectant or deodorizing spray. The hotel staff were hardly apologetic and did not come to assess the room. They could not offer us another room and didn’t offer any other type of compensation.
