I did not stay but I am still being charged

My family i we found what we believed to be bed bug shells. We immediately tried to call the manager who insisted we text & he said he could not make out what was in the pictures & we could check out if we wanted which we did. Amazingly two weeks later Neither management nor Vrbo has issued a refund $1300 or an apology for the inconvenience. We did not even stay 3 hours of our 5 days trip there. I have tried to allow both parties time to resolve this issue but after 2 weeks this is UNACCEPTABLE and UNBELIEVABLE.

Amazing place 0 recommended!!!

Wonderful place to stay for short or a long visit near many shops shopping centers and restaurants Close to Lauderdale by the sea Apartment is in great condition everything is brand new very large kitchen and amazing shower with extra towels and organic soaps Host did a great job will definitely come back again !
