The room was ok, smaller than expected but clean and comfy. We had a queen suite, 1st floor,pool side. The location is awesome, about a block from the beach. The staff was kind, courteous, friendly and helpful from the owner to the maintenance staff. We will definitely stay here again

Staff was wonderful. Accommodations unacceptable. There is a sign posted in the bathroom to not flush toilet paper. You are expected to place used toilet paper in the trash. I find this to be a health issue. I was told by the manager that this is how the accommodations in the area operate. Trash bags are then disposed of in the dumpsters! We left after seeing the room and stayed in a facility where you could flush your fences urine paper away. We were not refunded any part of our 3 day reservation since that is their policy for leaving early. I would not recommend staying here

Location to the beach and activities were great! The room wasn’t bad, however you can’t flush toilet paper ? The $250 deposit was a bit ridiculous as we paid a $50 deposit at nicer places. We would stay there again though.

La cama es buena, sábanas limpias y agradables, la piscina limpia y un señor que me ayudó gentilmente en el parkeo ah el cual está incluido en la tarifa, lo que me parece genial, porque encontrar donde dejar tu auto en el área de la playa podría ser un dolor de cabeza. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Friendly , accommodating staff, clean, small well equipped efficiency room(bring ur own coffee/ creamer / sugar), tidy grounds, safe atmosphere. fantastic location and price. Says 2 pool. We used the one outdoor. Did not check out indoor. Pool was lovely, heated slightly . Steps to the boardwalk, beach, ,restaurants and food stands, shopping. There is public parking offered across the street. At the entry to boardwalk there is a small Workout area, splash pad, picnic pavilion , Bike rentals nearby. Margaritaville resort near by. They offer reasonable on sight parking$22. Late check out offered-5pm, $75. The room and the hotel is are a bit older so know what ur getting for the price. Its an older hotel, not a new high end resort. There us a bit of city noise in Morning ( garbage truck action) and lil kiddo splashing in pool. Expected both as this is city life and resort town. If u are a sleeper pick room away from pool area and use white noise features online(it helps). Place is clean tho and fit our needs for overnight stay. I would recommend and would patronize again.

One flush toilet had a sign that you could not flush toilet paper-gross! Very noisy location. The futon was not comfortable to sit on-hard as a rock. The legs on the dining room chairs were very rickety and about to snap off. The floor just inside the bedroom door is sunken and bounces when stepped on like you might fall through. We appreciated the friendly staff and early check in as well as the convenience of a kitchenette!
