The property was great and communication was quick and positive. I DID have trouble checking in on my phone but John was extremely patient with me and sent the link to my son's phone and it worked. We recommend this place.

The location is great. Close to everything you need and 2.5 miles from the beach. The place is small but functional and has mostly all you need. This is not a hotel so dont expect room service or a maid. Bring extra towels or wash your own at the onsite machines. Pool was great! Iguanas are present, small but nice to see. I found a cockroach in my room but smashed it. Walls are thin. Wasnt bad for what i needed. April 22nd - 26th, 2025

The bedroom could use an upgrade. The mattress was really uncomfortable, I could barely sleep at all. All of the utensils, dishes and cups were all dirty. I mean, you’re not obligated to give these items, but if you’re gonna offer them make sure they’re at least clean and usable.

This is a really cute place. It has a cozy feel. My only complaint is the constant barrage of texts that you get from management. They sent out mass texts rather than texting who it applies to and it can be annoying

What a wonderful stay at this cute boutique accommodation! Walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods. Shopping Center with TJ Maxx, Publix & Duffys Sports Bar. Outback is across the street as well. The room was decorated very cute- just like the photos. It was very clean and the memory foam mattress was comfortable. We opted for a Queen Studio with full kitchen and pull out couch but did not use the couch mattress. Note: As long as you complete the instructions 24 hrs prior, your check-in process should be a breeze! I highly recommend Casa Cordova as a lovely place to stay in a great area of Ft. Lauderdale (near Harbor Island & Shops).

The property is in a great location to walk to a lot of stuff. The property it self was clean and the staff was friendly. The unit could use some updating and some better cleaning. The bed was old with divots in it and there were quite a few dirty finger prints on the walls. Other than that the unit was cozy and fit our needs.

The property (Apartment 1) was very clean and updated - the comforter was very thin, but they brought another one. The refrigerator in this unit did not have a freezer (like the picture), and there was no ice machine on the property to get ice - a must for a beach vacation. Also, the bath towels were very small and thin.

I would absolutely return

Casa Cordova was perfect for my fortnite stay by myself. I needed a little getaway and it was wonderful. I was concerned about no front desk and that you would get your check -in in instructions by email or text. Well there was nothing to worry about whatsoever. Very clear instructions, everything worked as they stated. Was answered immediately, cheerfully and professionally. My room was a large studio with a kitchenette. Very clean, big TV. I was right beside the pool but I didn't have any noise problems whatsoever. The pool was and grounds were very well maintained.

was a very comfortable stay have to be carefull if handicap a step from bedroom to living room not real safe a night. need numbers on entrance as to where rooms are located if you have a problem they are right on it NO PROBLEMS Javier and Leah were excellent and I think Jen Would definitely stay again close to everything
