Original Florida Home totally renovated and completed in January 2018. Your own personal driveway and spacious front yard make this home truly a rare and unusual find in the middle of paradise. Walk less than 300 yards to the beach and boardwalk, set up your chairs and umbrella provided, and walk back to grab a fresh drink or sandwich. Parking and privacy will never be a problem. There are 4 flat screen TV's, full sized washer & dryer, central air conditioning and heat. Kitchen is fully stocked with all basic essentials, bath and beach towels provided.

We loved this house in Hollywood Beach. The location was superb-only 30 seconds from the broadwalk. We had nice walks both north and south with many restaurants to choose from.The house was spotless and well stocked with supplies. Private parking was great with plenty of space.Our host, Lorraine, was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication beforehand and during our stay. She was very friendly and flexible with our check-in and check-out. Thank you Lorraine for a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful repeat stay

This was our second year in a row at this property and it was just as perfect the second time! The location is fantastic- less than a 1 minute walk from the beach, and plenty of restaurants all within literally 1 - 15 minutes walking distance, plus plenty more within a short driving distance. The property itself is very comfortable, spacious, and well stocked and perfectly clean. I would love for this place to become a family tradition for us! Lorraine is a great host and very kind!

Best beach vacation ever!

My husband and I have been taking our two teen-age grandchildren to beaches since they were very young. They live in California, we live on the east coast...and our beach vacations together have been very special to all of us, but this beach vacation was the one we will remember! The house was perfect and the location simply couldn't be better. We appreciated that everything we needed was available and in great working order. The house was welcoming and very well maintained, and Lorraine was a perfect host. We couldn't have asked for more!

Three generations, one great vacation!

My Mom (85) was about to begin cancer treatments, and we wanted to get her some fun in the sun for a week to recharge her batteries, mentally and physically. I jumped on this location as soon as I saw it. Less then a minute walk to the beach, exactly as advertised, just as wonderful as it sounds. Most thoughtful host in the history of vacation rentals. A few days in, my daughter (25) decided to make use of the third bedroom and flew in to join us. Mom was so surprised. We hope Mom makes a full recovery so we can come again and again. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Weekend in Hollywood Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Lorraine’s place. My husband, myself and 2 of our adult children stayed a had a fabulous time. Close to the airport, Hard Rock Stadium, and loads of shopping. The beach is a minute walk outside the door, there’s a great walkway/bike/running path along the beach and there are plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance. We will be back!

Perfection!

Absolutely perfect location- less than a block from the beach! Also walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Short drive to lots of other restaurants and activities. Hollywood beach is pristine and very family friendly. The property itself was perfectly clean, very comfortable and well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. Also well stocked with kitchen supplies. And the host was super nice and very accommodating! Perfect stay!

Best spot on Hollywood Beach

Hollywood Beach is a great place to relax, and this is one of THE BEST places to stay on Hollywood Beach. The house is as advertised. Immaculate, cool, and literally a 30-45 second walk to the sands of the beach. No need to worry about parking…this house has its own fenced in space (big enough for two cars). Our 15 year old girls loved the place, the fast WiFi, and the privacy of their own bedroom. We loved the quiet, convenient location, and the home’s amenities. This place is spotless. The host was super welcoming and responded extremely quickly to our questions. Check in- stay- and check out was a breeze!! We may make this an annual thing. If so, we will be in THIS HOME!

Very clean & wonderful location!

This was a perfect beach house for my husband & I. It was super clean with everything we needed. The inside is very inviting and furnished so tastefully. Great beach umbrella, beach chairs & beach towels. Lots of bath towels, kitchen towels and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the outdoor space, table & chairs under covered porch that you could use anytime. Really is just steps to the beach and Broadwalk. Lorraine, the host was wonderful. We will stay again and recommend to anyone!

Escape the Winter Blues

Super cute and clean house just half a block from the beach. The location couldn't be better for sitting on the beach, walking the Broadwalk and listening to music at the Riptide Tiki bar. Despite being close to the action, the neighborhood is quiet at night.

Great beach location and lovely holiday property

A lovely home well situated for a beach holiday and close to major roads for access to Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale. We enjoyed a couple of steaks at Tropical Acres on Griffin which is Floridas oldest steakhouse. Very affordable golf at Orangebook which is a short car ride away. Lorraine was very helpful and there’s lots of beach chairs and equipment to use.

Gem of a town, house and host!

We arrived during the crazy storm, but what an experience to see the ocean during it. We were pleasantly surprised what a neat beach town Hollywood was. We came in for the Dolphins game, Everglands and Biscayne National Park. The home was awesome and the location couldn’t have been better. Lorraine was helpful and responsive. Fall Beach Getaway

Our stay in Hollywood Beach was lovely. Home was even nicer than depicted in pictures. Clean and well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers. The host also provided paper towels, hand soaps and toilet paper to get you started. This was very much appreciated. The host was fantastic- very receptive to our needs.
