The unit has a nostalgic, old-world charm, overlooking the Intracoastal and Santa Barbara Lake. Features with a full kitchen, living room with half-bath, master bedroom with w/a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, impact windows, and a screened balcony that provides views of the Intracoastal Waterway—Coin Laundry room on the floor, and from the walkway, a breathtaking view of the Ocean​. Penthouse has views of Lake Santa Barbara. This Condo has private beach access with cabanas, grills, and a shower.

NB. THIS CONDOMINIUM IS UNDER A 40-YEAR CERTIFICATION. WE STARTED NOW IN JUNE 2025, REPAIRING SOME BALCONIES. WE DO NOT KNOW YET WHEN THE REPAIR WILL END.
