Quiet and Serene Studio

I stayed at this rental because I needed to extend my stay in Florida. This studio was clean, tidy, and the owners were very responsive to messages and helpful. I had a very restful stay and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Worst experience I've had with Vrbo

The property was not as listed. The listing has since been changed however it originally stated there was a hot tub which was the primary reason I booked this property - no hot tub! We also had issues with the entryway door not shutting properly, the bathroom door did not shut at all, there was an ant problem, the space was much smaller than it appears in photos, issues with wifi, tv wasn't set up, parking was on the grass sidewalk and resulted in two flat tires, and the host was difficult to communicate with. The property was a converted garage - let's not even address the terrifying way the electric outlets were run via extension cords creating a fire hazard. Honestly a horrible experience, 0/5
