Welcome to a Private, gated Estate with 130' fronting Lake Mayan, in the exclusive Harbor Beach neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

“Come On and Get Happy” - Ft. Lauderdale;
Formerly owned by icon David Cassidy, best known for his start on the widely popular 1970’s TV show, The Partridge Family.
Lake Mayan offers boat access to the Intercostal Waterway and Ocean. It is a very short walk to the Golden beaches and blue ocean waters of Fort Lauderdale’s worldwide famous beaches; it is also within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
The 7200 square foot 6-bedroom / 6.5-bathroom, two-story waterfront home, on an oversized lot, is furnished with much of David Cassidy’s furniture.
As you enter the gated home, it features a circular driveway with a 2-car garage.
The estate includes Three large bedrooms downstairs and three additional bedrooms on the second floor with spacious built-in closets, pool table, gym/exercise room, private office/bedroom and large balconies to enjoy the pool and water views.
The large dining room is opposite the spacious open concept gourmet kitchen with professional appliances as Viking, Subzero, two dishwashers and two sinks, to satisfy the most discerning chef. It has a breakfast area and counter bar seating. A large den with access to the tranquil courtyard surrounded by David Cassidy's prized Bougainville and opens to the large backyard.
The lush private backyard overlooks the Mayan lake and features a big free-form, heated pool with a waterfall spa, BBQ and dining area, covered porch, and gazebo with seating. Walk through the Gazebo to a private dock on the water where you can fish, kayak, or canoe or cruise by boat to the Intercoastal waterways.

Great property, but major hot water issues

House and property are amazing, but we did not have consistent hot water until the 2nd to last day of our stay. Even after it was "fixed" for the second time, there was still no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom adjacent to the living room. Property managers/owners were very responsive and great to work with.

Amazing property and wonderful people

We rented the property to celebrate my Dad’s 86th birthday. We were happy to see that the property had three bedrooms on the ground floor so we did not have to deal with stairs for some of our older family members. We were delighted to find that the house was even better than pictured. The outdoor space was amazing, the bedrooms were comfortable and large, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Esti and her crew could not have been kinder in welcoming us and checking in with us throughout our stay. They truly wanted us to have a fabulous time and did everything to make sure that we did. We will absolutely come back to this amazing place. Truly one of the finest gems in Florida!
