Service staff was very nice, particularly the man who checked us in at front desk. The attendant at breakfast even made a batch of scrambled eggs when requested. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. However, the hotel room was dirty and needed thorough cleaning. The breakfast was minimal and did not have healthy options, such as hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, or alternative milk options. Definitely a two star hotel with minimal amenities. Small gym. Our room smelled of wet dog, unfortunately. For price and newness of hotel, was expecting better.

Room was super clean and beds were really comfortable. They provide a buffet breakfast which was nice but the coffee was absolutely horrible. It was so watery. I told the attendant and she said, “that’s the way it is”. Well someone needs to improve that asap. Everyone in lobby was complaining.

The staff was very friendly and prompt. The room was a great size. The bed was comfortable. Transportation to the airport was prompt and the driver was friendly and helpful. The curtains in the room and the trashcans should have been cleaner. I did not have breakfast so I can't speak to that.
