My stay at this property was horrible. When I checked in, I asked for a bellhop to help me bring up my luggage, and I waited forever. When he finally came, he completely passed me and helped the people who arrived after me; they hadn't even left their vehicle to request a luggage cart yet. It got worse, as soon as I checked in and arrived at the room, my room was a Sauna! I thought it would cool down, so I turned the a/c down and went to the pool for a meal, where I was met with the rudest waitress ever; she completely ignored me as I made eye contact with her to order my food! It got to the point that another server came by to take my order, and the food tasted rancid. I went back to my room and waited what felt like forever (2 hours), and the room temperature just kept going up and up. I requested a room change after 2 hours because I couldn't take it anymore sitting in that sauna of a room and the lady told me that was not possible and she offered me champagne.... everyone knows alcohol raises your body temperature... she called maintance and it took them forever to come to my room and get the a/c fixed, and in Florida it takes a while for the room to cool down and I was just tired from the longest day I had. Horrible experience from check-in to the restaurant, to the room stay.

For the location on the beach and price, it’s amazing. Free beach chairs, great drinks, friendly staff and overall a fantastic hotel. My only complaint was the cost of valet parking, $42 per night.

When I booked this property for my daughter’s birthday I was shown ocean view rooms with the water view description. At no point was it stated that it would be overlooking the street/bay. When I asked to be moved to the room I booked I was told that they were sold out and had to specify I wanted oceanfront. They were not helpful and
