Be careful when you book your reservation- they post really great pics of views but most rooms don’t have ocean views - they told me only 1 room have total ocean view- don’t ask for early check in they are not accommodating- overall spend your money elsewhere with a chain hotel - you’re better off -very disappointed

I requested to clean and nobody came. I had to clean, put the trash outside, etc. I know that I needed to requested 24 hours prior but I did and I till did not have the service. The kitchen need more space and flatware, the plates are bigger than the microwave. The building and bedroom is good. Also there are a lot of charges resort fee, park (45,00/day), security deposit (100 per day)

Would NOT book here again. Started with arriving and being told the bellman service ended at 6pm. Seriously?? Because we all arrive before 6pm? Then had no room cleaning. We’re told you had to ask for that. Again, seriously? We have to ask for basic service?? Mattress in room was inferior at best or long since due being replaced. Tv connection would perpetually freeze, every day. There are FAR better options if this is the level of service that they think is ok. It’s NOT ok. It’s borderline disgraceful.

We had a great time at costa Hollywood. The room was very clean upon arrival. The room didn’t have a washer/dryer which would have been amazing. There was bare minimum kitchen utensils/items. We had to ask for new towels and dish cloth during the week. The roof top pool was amazing, the food and drinks were great as were most staff! Front desk personnel were fabulous and always assisted. Disappointed we only had 2 beach chairs included as we rented a 3 bedroom unit.

The hotel had a great location and the room was spacious, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay. However, the only downside was that housekeeping did not clean the room during our visit, which was disappointing.
