Just renovated, brand new floors, furniture, kitchen and bathroom !

Located in Victoria Park, a quiet neighborhood close to vibrant Las Olas Boulevard where you find lots of great bars, restaurants and fun activities. The beach is just a few minutes away.

Cosy condo in a small boutique community of only 16 condos, with a large community swimming pool just outside the door. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by a mix of modern and historical homes, a few steps to Victoria Park.

Our condo was just renovated with brand new vinyl floors, new furniture, kitchen and bathroom. It's cosy and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the large 65" smart TV provides access to all streaming services available.

The condo has 1 bedroom with a large and comfortable King bed, 1 bathroom ensuite and a living room / kitchen open space. Our condo is in the corner of the building, facing the pool and the nice houses across the street.

Guest can use the community Swimming pool and they have access to the community laundry in the back of the building (paid by coins).

There's one assigned parking spot and 3 guest parking spots for day use (first come first serve basis).

Interactions are through AirBnb, phone or messages, unless there's any need to meet face to face.

The condo is located in Victoria Park, a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. It's surrounded by very nice houses, close to Victoria Park and the "venice-like" canals and less then 1 mile away from Las Olas Boulevard. There you can find lots of great bars, restaurants and other entertainment offers. Pharmacies and supermarkets are easy to find in the area as well.

The beach is just a couple of miles away !

The condo is located on the 2nd floor, it's a small boutique building and the stairs are external, so they are subject to the weather.

Our assigned parking spot is just a few steps from the stairs, and our condo is the first one upstairs, so it's a very short walk and a few steps upstairs to access it.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Fort Lauderdale condo is smoke free.
