This cute, comfortable two-bedroom unit was just remodeled with a new bathroom vanity, an entire floor, a new refrigerator, Flat-Screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and internet. It is on the waterway with a dock and pool and an easy walk to the beach three blocks away. Also, walk to restaurants, a fishing Pier, stores, and nightlife in Lauderdale by the Sea. It is completely set up with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the view and the nearby beach.

This unit is a DUPLEX with a pool shared by both sides.

The homeowner reserves the right to change the unit as booked based on availability. All apartments have the same layouts and features, but some colors may vary.

The condo was in a great location, an easy walk to the beautiful beach and fun town. There are great restaurants in town and a fun center where we enjoyed sitting under the umbrellas in the shade and “people watching.” I most enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool and watching the boats on the water. We found the place very dirty not cleaned at all. It was so bad we couldn't even spend the night, although we checked in at 11pm. We had to find hotel rooms after midnight to spend the night after 30 hours of travelling. It was a real bad experience.

Enjoyable Stay

We were very comfortable in this vacation rental. Recent upgrades were nice, parking was easy, pool was great, and the location was wonderful. The area is quiet, and we really enjoyed the closeness to the beach and to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea. Also, it's a short drive to Fort Lauderdale and nearby parks, museums, etc.

Terrific Property - Great Location

Property description is spot on. Location is great - very close to the beach, but not so close that you have the foot traffic on your doorstep. Very responsive and pleasant management. Highly recommend.
