Sweet Summer Home!!! Excellent location!!! Very peaceful neighborhood . Close to everything. 8min to the Beach . 2min to North + South I95, 5min to PVK Stadium, 2min to Florida Tri-Rail and Buses. 4min away from Restaurants and Shopping Stores, 15min to FTL Airport . 12min to Las Olas Beach Downtown, 20 min to Hard Rock Café , 20min to Sawgrass Mall, Excellent for big family ! great for a relaxing and get away. We are always available to make sure you have what you need when you need it! Thank you!!

Host was very nice and responded quickly to all my questions. House was clean. However, grill was not working properly and some of the small appliances were worn out and needed replaced. No trash bags available, had to buy our own. Some maintenance items are needed: toilet paper holder on wall not secure, shower drain screen needs replaced, kitchen faucet leaks. However, these were minor issues and we still had a good time. House is easy to find and close to interstate and shopping. Would recommend for future trips.

Great stay, excellent location to Lauderdale by the Sea. Beats paying commercial hotel pricing, cute house with everything you need. Backyard was great for sipping coffee in the am.

So cute!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wish we had more than 1 night. It is cozy and well equipped. The thoughtfulness put into hosting was amazing. The location was very convenient to some downtown restaurants and super close to the beach! The beds were extremely comfortable and the ceiling fans provided for ultimate air flow. Everything seemed to be new or updated. We will definitely look into staying here again when in the area!
