Property was clean and beautiful, though it was very loud. Our room specifically seemed to have a very loud air conditioning unit, to the point that I wondered if there was something wrong or if it was broken. Had to use plugs to get to sleep.

The room was decent. The tv had limited availability and when we requested service, the attendee was not aware of how to correct the issue. The shower was clogged and required maintenance. And to top it off after a long day of visiting the beach, the pool sounded awesome, only to find out that the pool was also out of commission for maintenance. I paid quite a bit extra for a balcony room but it’s not worth it just to have a view of a McDonald’s right in front of the hotel. The only plus was the view of the hard rock guitar at night. I wanted to talk with a Manager in hopes for a refund or some type of accommodation but I did not have any luck.

Hotel has many amenities, very sleek and clean. Only valet parking which for some may be a bit expensive. Roof top bar/restaurant was beautiful, however the pool was drained and not in service. Breakfast was provided very nice omelet station. Shuttle or quick walk makes it perfect for going to the Hardrock for shows or the casino.

When we checked in on Monday May 5th at about 1:00 the front desk staff told us about all of the amenities at the hotel, including the rooftop area with a bar/restaurant and the pool. At about 2:00 PM we went to the rooftop but found the doors locked. We went back to the lobby to inquire at the front desk. There were 3 people at the front desk. They seemed surprised that the rooftop was locked and explained that the pool are was scheduled to close on the following day. The person who we assumed was the manager indicated that he would waive the $30 Hotel Services Fee due to our inconvenience. When we checked out on Tuesday May 6th the $30 charge for Hotel Services Fee was on our bill. The girl at the desk that morning indicated that she didn't know anything about it and we would have to contact the manager, but she wasn't sure what his name was.

Very loud, pool closed, beware of added charges

The experience was just okay. We were on the 6th floor and the club that is one floor up was extremely loud. Made it very difficult to sleep, the music was bumpin’ until 2:00am. There is also a club next door (next to McDonald’s) that has loud music into the wee hours of the night. I also was charged more than what my bill should have been. The pool was closed, we were never informed before our stay. Props to the valet guys, they were very friendly.

The customer service at this hotel needs help. The front desk agent was unfamiliar with the area, even the shopping center next door and the hotel/casino across the street. When I asked about what’s in the area as far as restaurants, she told me to Google it. There were huge safety concerns when it came to personal information. There system was down and so they collected credit card numbers on a sheet of paper visible to everyone. There was no apology for the inconvenience, in fact they made the customers feel as if they were the problem. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We went to a concert at Hollywood Hard Rock. Hotel was across the street. They had a shuttle to the concert. Room was clean and we loved our view of the guitar. Breakfast was one of the nicest hotel Breakfasts we have had.
