The room was nice and we enjoyed our view of the Guitar (Hard Rock) and Holiday lights. The restaurant did not have menu items that appealed to me, and dinners are expensive. The pool did not have lounge seating to lounge with a good book. We could hear loud music (bass) both nights while trying to relax in our room. I believe the music was coming from the restaurant.

Noisy, service was really bad. Did not provide enough supplies, no toilet paper and house keeping did not deliver supplies at night. Suppose to provide 2 bottles of water each day, one of the bottle was open and was half drank. Call front desk to complaint and all they say is nothing can be done until in the morning. The worse hotel I ever stayed. Will never come back or recommend to other people. The night club on the roof did not stop until 2 am, loud music, cannot go to sleep and hotel did nothing to stop the noise.

Room was clean and well furnished. The staff very welcoming and friendly especially the shuttle driver. Base from extremely loud music vibrated through the room until 2:15 am. When I called the desk I was advised that there was an after party at the roof top bar. Nothing could be done and the person did not seem to think it was a concern that a guest was unable to actually sleep in the room they paid hundreds of dollars for. We have stayed here several times for the proximity to the Hard Rock Live but will not be returning.

My rental vehicle was stolen from the valet of the Dolce Hotel by Wyndom during our stay 10/25-10/26, 2025. The valet acknowledged his direct negligence in the police report, by leaving the valet key cabinet unlocked and unattended. It has been nearly two months since this incident occurred and hotel management (AGM Karen Debs and GM Luis Canas) has been uncooperative, uncommunicative, and has failed to provide any customer service regarding this issue. I have invested an egregious amount of time with the rental car company, with the local police, and in attempting to follow with hotel management. DO NOT STAY at this hotel.

My stay at Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and perfectly located, which made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and upscale. I truly enjoyed every part of my stay and would highly recommend Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience.

I had selected a room with a view and paid extra for this and all I got was a roof top view right next to the air conditioner room that was loud all night. When I checked in the night before the staff member said breakfast wasn’t included so we are at McDonalds only to find out that the continental was included. We checked in late and didn’t understand a word the lady said as the music was so loud. I will not stay in this hotel again, I hate giving poor reviews but in this case I have no choice.
