Valet service drivers were very friendly and helpful. Arrived at approximately noon and was told that if we wanted early check-in it would be another $50. Maid service did not always come to clean up the room when requested and, in fact, found our room door ajar after coming back to the room one day with no housekeeping staff in sight. Had a very loud party on the roof of the hotel the night of our arrival that went on well past 11 pm and had to call the front desk to please ask them to turn the music down. Shower door leaked after every use creating a large puddle of water on a slick marble floor. Feel this hotel is over-rated for the money

Warm. Good staff. Very clean breakfast good restaurant on top floor only open at night difficult to book a table. Restaurant very expensive. But excellent nice easy shuttle to Hardrock
