This home is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home.

The entire apartment. The access code will be provided to you once we receive the complete verification process and deposit or waiver payment.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with a local playground, basketball court,

tennis court, and community boat ramp nearby.

Professional landscapers maintain the outdoor area twice a month.



Getting Around:

The home is close to public transportation, Ubers are plentiful, and it has a city-run bike and scooter rental program.



Other Things to Note:

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.



Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and wavier or the deposit collection.

 

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover accidental damages up to $500.00.

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.

*Reservations from Bookxxg will be required to have the $500 refundable security deposit.



This property is protected by security cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. The cameras are located on the east corner of the house. In addition, we have a noise detector that is located in the interior of the property. This detector does not record but measures the level of noise and reports when it is over a certain level.



Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



We use integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.

Lastly, this property is a duplex; the unit next door is occupied by a full-time tenant, so please remember that our quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

As your host, we are available from 0800 to 2000 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform, but if you have an immediate need, you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel; thus, our response time is not immediate, as it would be at a hotel.
