Good luck getting a shuttle from the airport They never show up and don't answer the phone . Had to get an Uber Shuttle to cruise docks is not included. Uber is way easier and less expensive. Hot tub is out of order Staff was good considering the volume of people they were dealing with. Will never stay here again . Much better hotels in the area that actually provide the services you are paying for.

We just overnighted here. The staff was nice and helpful at check in and throughout our stay. We didn't use the pool as we just wanted to rest from our long flight. The breakfast was ok. I would stay here again.
