Will not stay again.

This hotel is a poor location. It is by the highway. The windows are so poorly put together that you hear the sound of the highway all night long with motorcycles without mufflers etc. etc. The breakfast was a bit of a madhouse and they didn’t have all the items. Breakfast selection was pretty limited and not a nutritious menu. Seating was difficult to get. I did enjoy everything bagel. The best asset about this hotel is the staff.

Good for one night before à cruise

The breakfast was good. The room was clean. We can use a shuttle to go to the cruise Port for 15$, reasonnable price. Negative: the pool was not open and restaurants near did not offer good quality of food.

Greatly enjoyed breakfast. Great beds and clean linen. Lots of humidity in room (no fan in washroom). No hangers in closet. Friendly and polite personnel. Front desk lacking in knowledge of area (restaurants) transportation (bus system) and general knowledge of city (do not live in area) and no pamphlets available in lobby. Very noisy cars nearby. Near airport and port everglade and offers shuttle but driver overcharged us. Pool under repair and didn't advise us. Only one elevator in working condition. We still enjoyed our stay.

The manager gave the run around. Our flight was canceled due to weather and manager refused to give approval for a refund on 2 rooms. We booked with Expedia and needed hotels approval for refund.. the manager was rude and refused! Will not boom with Best Western Plus!!

It was next to busy highway, needed instruction manual to operate shower, only cold water would work awkward to operate, glass doors on side where taps are. Had to get into shower to turn on and tried to adjust temperature of water and couldn't get it to work. We don't plan on staying here again especially for price we paid.

A loud A/C-like helicopter hovers around, at least in room 211. The rusted door and the bedroom door are very hard to shut. There was no fridge, and I had to call for one. Overall, the location is good, but I don't believe it's the best for the family.

Staff were good, even assisting us with the personal use of their cell phone when we needed to borrow one to make an important call. Breakfast was good with good variation. Hotel room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is an extremely convenient Denny's Restaurant next door. On the not-so-good side, the bathroom was adequate, but you almost had to get a shot of very cold water when turning on the overhead shower before you could get out of the way while the water warmed up. One elevator did not work at all, and the other was very slow with the floor level remaining at "7" regardless of which floor you were on. No big thing really, but both elevators are needed. Still, overall, our stay was pleasant.

The hotel didn't meet our expectations for the price we paid. Very expensive for what it has to offer. Breakfast supplies not stocked properly, we arrived half an hour before closing, orange juice and yogurts were out and a pile of grease instead of bacon. Also very limited seating at breakfast. Otherwise, the area conveniently located near a gas station and also a park within walking distance.

The pool was closed. The room was gross. The door lock barely worked. The hotel halls smelled like lots of pot was being smoked in the rooms. We booked the 5:15 AM shuttle to the airport but it never came. We ended up calling an Uber which is fine but part of the reason for staying at this hotel was the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. I will never stay here again and don’t recommend it. My kids found a song on the building from the city that said it was uninhabitable.
