Won't stay there again!

The hotel had a wet sign by the entrance, and there was a bug crawling in the lobby. The first room smelt of smoke and the smoke detector was chirping. We were then moved to another room that had a mildew/mold smell. Since it was late and the kids were tired we only spent a night and checked into another hotel the next day.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable.However, the hotel is located next to Hwy, makes it very noisy as traffic zooms by.

Conveniently located to airport and cruise port. Free shuttle from airport to hotel extra for shuttle to the cruise port. Its better to take uber to cruise port.

The decor and rooms at a glance were nice. However, we quickly noticed how dirty it was. After walking around our room to put things away, we realized the bottoms of our feet were black from a very dirty floor. The shower head was broken. The wall near the toilet was dirty from someone puking. When we arrived we were told the pool was under maintenence...which was annoying to find out then instead of earlier. Each bed only had 3 pillows on it, which is odd. When we asked for an extra pillow, we were told, "We don't do that." The man doing the shuttle bus was lovely and helpful. The staff were kind and helped as much as possible. However, it was not a good stay. I would not return.

my stay in your hotel was terrible, I arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM after a long drive, been in my room, and figure out that the toilet was clogged, I called the front desk and ask if they do something. They said yes, right away. So, I left for dinner thinking the issue would be resolved, but it wasn't.

The evening front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The rest of staff not so. Everyday I went out between 10am-1pm back to my old neighborhood by the beach. My second day I come back my room was cleaned. The desk clerk tells me had to request it before 12 everyday. Well the first day they did it. Then the cleaning lady lied and said I had the privacy sign on in Spanish. I spoke in spanish that was not so. Then when the desk clerk heard it he applogized.This happened to me on 4/29. I stayed there from 4/27'-4/30 in 416. The evening desk clerk when he found out he gave me towels and appologized. Plus the hallways smelled from weed and other guest left trash by doors. The hotel us rightnof 95. I lived in the area and itbis very unsafe at night. It wasnt like 3 years ago. Next time I going to come back and stay somewhere else.

Noisy, noisy, noisy

The price and shuttle was the attraction. Almost zero water pressure, don't try to brush your teeth when someone is in the shower. The windows facing the interstate were paper thin. The room was noisy all night.We booked the room nine months ago for $152, I feel sorry for the people who paid $300+.

Basically the fact that there is a notification that the Building has been deemed unsafe on the front door is not good. Apparently the pool and support is the problem. The pool should not be advertised and would be better if empty of water and trash, with a cover. The other issue is the traffic noise. Not sure if replacing the old windows would make a difference if coming through the air conditioner. Lights in parking lot shine directly in room windows. Furniture and elevators has dings and rips. Updated bathroom was nice. Adequate but too noisy for a good nights rest.
