Shower had an odd design and was extremely narrow. Sink was outside the actual bathroom. Staff at front desk lacked hospitality and I felt I had more enthusiasm than her. Finally no one attending the desk when I left in the morning, so I almost missed my flight because I was unsure of what was needed on my end to check out.

Person that checked us in was on their cell phone. The pool was under construction and I booked hotels based on their pool for my to have fun so I got notified two days before my day that there was no pool. Rooms were supposed to be adjoining they were not and was a prearranged. Shower had no water pressure and you had to literally get into the corner of the shower to even get water dripping on top of you. There was a cockroach by the bathroom sink. The breakfast was terrible. It did not have tea bags. The scrambled eggs literally tasted like I was swallowing vegetable oil. … Hours later, I still have vegetable oil taste in my mouth. Was going to do the fitness room prior to check out and the stationary bike and elliptical machines were not working. Absolutely terrible stay

This was almost the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Almost. It is in need of massive renovation and overhaul. They NEED new elevators. Walls are paper thin, there’s more, but the place was RANK! How they worked there I’ve no idea. Will not be staying here again. Thank goodness for the pleasant staff.
