Host was amazing! Super responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going great! The spot was literally perfect. I think it was two blocks from the beach but very very short blocks! The host also had two beach chairs, 2 beach towels and an umbrella which was a great bonus! We rented a golf cart to get around while we were there and the place came with a parking spot and permit!!!! Everything was within walking distance or a short drive on the golf cart when I didn’t feel like walking, hahaha! Place was clean and spacious. The deck was perfect for my coffee mornings. It’s also super close to a paid water taxi. It’s just at the end of the street. Very quiet. And there was a little communal area outside with tables and chairs. We are for sure coming back!

Not even close to "gorgeous". Stay AWAY!

This unit is mediocre, at best, and the description is far from accurate. When we pulled up there were bed sheets strung across the second-floor railing. Stairs are older, steep and there are three flights of them. Make sure you want to deal with that several times a day. The guests smoke in their units despite there being a no smoking rule. There were no smoke detectors in our unit, balcony area or outside hallway. No carbon monoxide detector either. Listing says the Property Manager confirms they are present in the unit, but they were not. There is a musty smell throughout and the bathroom had mold in the tub area. Prior guests' toiletries are left for you to use. Sheets are threadbare with blue stains on them, and you'll get a couple of towels even though your booking is over a week. Cleanliness can be improved. There were toe nail clippings under the kitchen table. The Property Manager did allow us to cancel after the first night but did so reluctantly and also refused to send an itemized receipt. The amount charged did not line up with any known costs and we were forced to deal with VRBO to resolve. They were great and very responsive. I wish pictures could be attached so you can see what I'm describing. There are much better places in the surrounding area. P.S. The host will argue all of this, but VRBO will confirm that our complaints were valid.
