I loved the hotel but I can’t stand it when you get there and checked in then they say it will be 10 dollars for parking every day. That’s just ridiculous, I am paying to stay on the premises and when I get there they tell me that will be 10 dollars more a day, when that happens to me I just don’t have any desire to stay there anymore. I would rather for them to charge me for my room 10 dollars more per night, it’s just an insult.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. Ample breakfast. However the noisy elevator made uninterrupted sleep difficult. It could pretty much be heard from most rooms and it gets used often throughout the night.

Clean room, bed wasn’t super comfy but staff was exceptional! We had 2 ill children coming off a cruise and they accommodated us quickly with a room. Cannot thank them enough! Will recommend to friends coming down in March. Even have laundry facility for guests and coins on hand. Pool was clean, heated and outdoor area was clean. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice, clean rooms. Convenient features like wall pegs to hang jackets, etc as well as several plug ins to recharge Helpful staff, good breakfast choices. Only slight negative was 1 elevator was out & other was slowest elevator I’ve encountered so far - and was on 7th floor. Would definitely stay again.
