This is an older property showing signs of age. Hallways are hot and run down. Breakfast area is too small and hot and crowded. Shower was in poor repair and didn’t drain properly. Neighborhood is so so. Avoid unless it’s the deal of the century..

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selections were always warm and stocked. The rooms were clean and cared for daily. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only minor issues were in the "details" of maintenance. Door dings in the metal doors, chipping paint, wooden doors chipping at the bottom. Once the minor things are fixed, if those things bother you, there shouldn't be a reason to say anything bad about this hotel.

Nice, basic room nearby to Ft.Lauderdale and cruise port. Hallways and outside looked a little rundown. $150 extra deposit seemed a lot and room prices too high. Great breakfast, lots of choices and maintained well. My room had a microwave, full fridge and all the accessories needed. Still a good hotel to be near the cruise port and Ft. Lauderdale.

Bathroom floor had visible hair. No coffee or tea for coffee pot. It was a large efficiency room which was nice. Had everything if you wanted to stay by the week. Even a dishwasher.

Check-in was way too long. Staff was having a party in the cleaning closet next to our room and the door stopper in kept slamming every 5 minutes until I went out and wrapped it with a towel. The staff then had a party in the parking lot below our window till 11 pm or midnight. This was a terrible experience and would not recommend or stay here again.

We were given a room that the door wouldnt close without a hard pull and a bthroom door thst didnt close at all. We asked for help with the bathroom door numerous times and were promised somone was coming but noone showed up.

1. The room was not ready at 3pm. We waited 45 min and noone called us though we sat there waiting. 2. It was very very noisy the whole night. The rooms are not sound proof, we could not sleep because of the noises in the adjacent rooms and in isle. 3. Light shone in from all sides of the door and curtain. The hotel needs to upgrade its standards.
