Staff in early evening could not keep up. Trying to get the phone answered to ask for shuttle took 46 minutes plus. The shuttle did arrive shortly thereafter but trying to reach the hotel was extremely difficult

When I booked this hotel I told them I was traveling with 6 adults and a baby and we would need the sofa bed the sofa bed mattress literally has springs hanging out of it and the shower sucked and was not very clean

This hotel has been the worst on my trip so far. The hotel room was dirty. Blood on the bathroom wall. Shower door was broken so the water was puddling in the bathroom. The room smelled like a pool and cigarette smoke. The hallways reak of chlorine pool water. The people across the hall from us were in and out of the room, slamming doors, fighting in the hallways. Not only did I feel unsafe I couldn’t sleep. Was there for a work trip so I didn’t have the luxury of sleeping in. When we went to the lobby after our first night there, there were about 7-8 cops outside the door. Ok…. Think twice before booking.

Mac at the front desk was very helpful making sure we were checked in and had anything we needed including some restaurant and bar suggestions. The were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were very clean and great value for the price

Orange Bowl Stay

We were there for the Orange Bowl. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room seemed clean. I did find a roach though crawling on the desk.

Beds were comfortable and they had a very nice breakfast. Very good restaurant across the road and there was some stores that you could pick up articles that you forgot to bring with you. The hotel could use some refurbishment.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the ports with transportation available. The only drawbacks were: 1. someone has to unlock the bathroom for you in the lobby 2. the bed height and bathroom counter height seems to be for tall people. I was difficult for my shorter elderly parents to get up onto the bed. The room ammenities were nice.
