Well the hot boiler went when I checked in on Sunday. Was told it was going to be fixed yesterday after 3pm. Well it wasn’t fixed we was taking cold Showers. Told us we could get hot water from front desk and that was a lie.

No Hot Water for Two Days

My room was delayed for two hours after the 3 pm check-in because apparently all of the room were used over the weekend and they weren’t ready at check-in. There was no hot water available for my two nights because the water heater broke. I understand that things like this are out of people’s control but I just have to be honest and say I might not return because it’s a lot of money for me to stay there for my personal budget and if I can’t get hot water or room at the time I check-in, I might have to try other locations.

Honestly the hotel wasn’t that bad. I had an accessible room and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I hoped. There weren’t any trash bags. A couple little bugs made an appearance in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t really satisfying. It was a nice stay but definitely felt like it should’ve been cheaper.

Moldy Room, Clogged Shower, and Unwelcoming Staff

We had a very disappointing stay. The 3rd floor smells. As soon as we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong moldy smell—most likely coming from the old carpet. It made the entire space feel unclean and uncomfortable. The shower was just as bad, draining so slowly that the water rose up to our ankles during use. It was honestly disgusting. On top of that, some staff members make us feel more like a burden than guests. We won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely Simone give her a raise! She was very professional, polite and tentative. The guest also loved her. I just left another hotel due to the cleanliness. Y hotel room was very clean, smelled good when I walked in. I appreciated the big screen tv and the clean pool area.
