While it is an older setting. It is in an amazing location. The resort fee of $35.00 and another $15.00 for parking is a bit excessive.

The concierge service is consistently exceptional. They will have you in your room in no time. The rooms are always spotless and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place . whenever I want to relax by the beach I always book with Hollywood Beach Hotels.

Had to find my room by myself which was a bit far from reception after 10 minutes if looking for it. The first night there was a roach in my bed. The sheets were dirty as well as the pillows as after one night my face started to break out.

We were excited to stay at Holleywood Beach Seagull after reading such positive reviews, but we were quickly disappointed. While our room initially appeared clean, we quickly noticed bedbugs. The staff was understanding and offered us another room. However, this room had moldy fruit found under the mattress and cockroaches in the cupboard. We were issues a refund for our parking pass and security deposit, but THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR ROOM RATE, which, to us, is unacceptable given the conditions of the room(s). We were put out for the night, and had to find a room elsewhere. While the hotel cannot control who books with them, the other patrons there that night made us feel quite unsafe. There was a lot of yelling and threats being made, along with illicit drugs being used outside of the rooms. We booked through Expedia, and Holleywood Beach Seagull refused to release a refund as our reservation was "non refundable" with "no exceptions". Overall, DO NOT recommend this hotel, even if the price is right (our room on a Wednesday night was about $115).
