The front desk Agent on the 7-3 shift, very polite, attention and even gave me an upgrade which was nice because it was my birthday trip. The room was clean and I especially loved the mattress being zipped up in a pad. The only thing was just even though the walls are thin, it was guest sitting outside loud talking and such, but they eventually left so no problem there anymore! This is always my go to when in Hollywood.

Rooms was great, location is great as it is very close to the boardwalk. Only drawback is that i went during the cold storm and the hotel does not have heat. They provided my with a small portable desk heater to warm up the room. Other than that the stay was great.

Love love the staff. You're always all very helpful friendly. Like the location of a joy's a good stop before our cruise. Plus two boardwalk. I'm so spacious and bed is comfortably.
