So i didnt have tv service for two days when i call the front desk that night i was told there was nothing they can do i then went thw next moring and rold the front desk what had happened and what was said and ibwas told that no onewqa on the premises after 4 and there was nothing thay can do so i the. Wwnt tothe front desk the next moring and told them what had happened and was informed they was nothing that couldbe done

Very disappointed

We stay at a lot of hotels in this price range & this has been the worst so far. Pictures make the property look nice & updated, but it was more like a cheap bargain motel. Very run down, walls/ baseboards looked grimy, air condition was broken & hanging off, it smelled of musty mildew immediately, and the bed was damp. I would not be surprised if there was mold somewhere in this property. There were people yelling outside the doors all night & then the garbage company came at 4am to empty the dumpsters outside our door, which took them a good 15-20 min of loud beeping & banging. We didn't get checked in until after 10pm so we just went to bed & immediately got up & left. We're just glad this was a 1 night stay.

We arrived late in the evening from our flight and to arrive to find out the hotel overbooked there room and sold our room even though we paid and reserved this room for more than 2 months and was told we would have to pay also on top of it that they sold our room plus charged us. If you don’t want to sleep in you car for the night with you family on vacation i wouldn’t book with this location

Est ce que quelqu'un gère cette hôtel ?

L'expérience aurait pu etre tres bonne La chambre était plutôt propre La literie correcte Par contre un service qui n'est pas digne d'un hôtel. J'ai eu un problème avec la chasse des toilettes. Aucun service, réception et autre fermé après 19h et ce jusqu'à 8h Un numéro d'urgence, mais personne ne répond même après 5 appels et un message vocal. Je suis arrivé a 22h, bien entendu personne. Réception fermée... J'appelle et après 10mins quelqu'un et arrivée. Le matin je devais etr partie vers 7h pour pouvoir prendre mon avion. Bien entendu encore une fois, impossible de faire le check out car la réception n'ouvre qu'à 8h!!!! J'ai du laisser la carte sous la porte. En espérant que cela ait fonctionné. Je ne peux donc pas recommandé cet établissement ou il n'y a pas personnel.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it even though the property is non smoking. After my stay I developed multiple bumps around my ankles. I did not see any bed bugs or other types of insects. It appeared clean. Perhaps it wasn't from the hotel stay but it was the last unfamiliar place I slept. I usually don't write reviews. I should write more good ones when everything is stellar.
