The 3BR unit was spacious, that was our only positive. The only food option is the pool bar, with limited hours. The added resort fees and valet parking cost makes this resort a costly stay with really no bang for your buck. Wait times for elevators and to get your vehicle are long. Lastly, the customer service was poor. We reserved a time for tennis and were told to stop down at the front desk before our allotted time. Once there, my husband and I realized that we left our photo ID in our room, therefore the front desk receptionist told us we had to go all the way back up to get our ID and come back down. When my husband said he had our room key along and can show that to prove we are guests, she replied with “well I have room keys too”. Instead of being understanding and verifying our name matching the reservation, she thought it was hilarious to be smug and sarcastic. Please don’t be fooled, if you are looking for a 4-5 star experience, this is not it.
