The kitchen was well stocked. Some staff were very friendly and others don’t know how to smile. The upper pool area was clean and inviting. All fees should be upfront when purchasing a room. If purchasing a 3 bedroom call and confirm as one of my rooms ended up being a 2 bedroom and should have been a 3 bedroom. I also feel you should get 2 beach chairs per bedroom reserved.

Wonderful rooms, very spacious for a family of 4. Only problem is the elevators and how long the wait times were for them. Several times during our stay at least one to two elevators were out of service (out of 4). Keep in mind this is a 43-story condominium… we opted a few times to take the stairs from the 26th floor! Amenities were very nice, 2 outdoor pools with plenty of chairs. The beach was across the street, but they reserve 2 chairs and an umbrella per room. We would likely stay here again!

It was an overall good trip; two days of relaxing and a bit of shopping. The building is starting to showing a bit tattered in some areas. There was a problem at check-in where my keys did not work and it was frustrating to return from the 20th floor and have to wait in line again, although the agent acknowledge me when I came back down and said that they keys were not working. I visited before and the team was really great; this time it appeared to be robotic...
