Designed for a maximum of 2 adults, the property boasts a spacious kitchen and living area, a comfortable queen bed, and a washer/dryer inside the condo. Relax in the inviting living area adorned with contemporary art, step out onto the sunlit patio, or enjoy the private dock with its serene water view. For beach enthusiasts, beach gear is provided for your convenience. Additionally, guests can benefit from free parking during their stay."
The entrance is located on the dock side.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use at no extra cost, but their presence in the condo is not guaranteed at all times.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our valued guests, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following house rules during your stay at KOMFFY Rentals:
1) Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
2) The minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old.
3) We kindly ask that you be considerate of noise levels after 10 pm to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
4) Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
5) Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets on the property.

7) A complimentary parking spot is provided for vehicles under 16.5 ft. For larger or additional vehicles, street and public garage parking options are available. Please note that all parking regulations are strictly enforced.
8) For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we request that adult supervision be provided for children under the age of 14 using the dock and that appropriate safety measures and behavior are observed.
9) Kindly ensure your vehicle is removed from the premises by 10 AM on your checkout date.
